Tom Baxter focuses his practice on tax planning, estate planning, the administration of trusts and estates, and probate matters.   He represents clients in state and local tax matters and tax controversies.  He counsels regularly on issues of general business and corporate taxation and represents businesses in matters with the Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration.  Tom has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America, Trusts and Estates, for more than 10 years.  He serves as a member of the firm's Management Committee.
