David Choate focuses his practice on environmental law, real estate law, and financing. He has a Master of Studies in Environmental Law degree from Vermont Law School, one of the nation’s top-ranked environmental law programs. David has represented numerous government entities, corporations, and individuals in matters involving transactions, litigation, and administrative hearings. Representative environmental matters include permitting and compliance, environmental due diligence and all appropriate inquiries, clean-up and abatement, toxic torts, and management of environmental risks and liabilities. David has represented clients in working with the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality, the Environmental Protection Agency, the United States Army Corps of Engineers, the United States Department of Agriculture, and the Arkansas Natural Resources Commission, among other entities. |
