Dan Herrington is a partner in the Labor and Employment Litigation Section of Friday, Eldredge & Clark. His practice is focused on representing employers in all areas of labor and employment law, including ADA, FMLA, Wage and Hour, Title VII, OSHA, and NLRA. His practice includes not only representation of employers before courts, arbitrators, and administrative bodies, but also working closely with clients to ensure compliance with the myriad of employment laws. He has successfully argued before the Arkansas Supreme Court as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
