Seth Creed joined the firm in 2011 and practices in the commercial litigation group. Seth's practice focuses on litigation and bankruptcy and other representations of banks and corporations. Seth also represents clients in a broad range of industries. While at the University of Arkansas School of Law, Seth served as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Ben T. Barry U.S. Bankruptcy Judge for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas. |

- Seth was the Captain of his Collegiate Soccer team and voted Co-Captain of his semi-professional soccer team. Seth also earned Southwest Soccer Conference All-Academic Honors (NCAA 2006 Season).
